What is the current value of the Peso Ley?

Does anyone know how much the Peso Ley is worth in terms of current value? The research I have done is inconclusive and inconsistent. Some websites tell me that it is valued at 10,000 x less and others tell me that the rate is 1:1. What is it?

Peso leys are current and as good as New Pesos in its value at an rate of 1: 1.
1 Peso ley = 1 New Peso (Argentina) = Daily exchange rates as per www.yahoo.com/Finance/currency converter.
