Automated Currency Teller (A.C.T) is a method in which credit union members or consumers visiting travel related portals call a toll-free number to purchase foreign currency using proprietary IVR telephony. Members and or consumers call specialspecially branded toll-free numbers to purchase foreign currency without using a computer. Simply talking into the phone, specific prompts make it easy purchasing foreign currency. Callers are prompted via a voice command using a cell phone or land line to complete foreign exchange orders. Once completed, the caller is connected to a Live Agent in the eZforex call center to complete and recap the order. A.C.T. is on schedule to debut in June 2007.
