This is a fabulous service. I used it to buy Euro before a trip to Italy. Foolishly used a credit card to buy Euro, which resulted in the credit card transaction fee, but that was no fault of eZforex. Bought more Euro, and took advantage of the returning customer credit, for another trip but paid via echeck. Much better! My minor whine via email to the Help Desk was answered by a phone call that afternoon. My Euro arrived as promised. I leave in 2 days. Thanks

Seriously, I received my Euros the very next day. Unbelievable! And only for the shipping fee. I was referred by my credit union and will always use this service in the future when I travel. It was soooooo easy. Just make sure the money is shipped to an address that has a live person waiting because no signature is required. You wouldn't want nosey kids on the block to think it's monopoly money.

The Old Turkish Liras are very valuable and they work as well as the new liras with the same exchange rate as new liras at an exchange rate of 1 TRL (TRY) = 0.783822 USD.

Rachel, Evan, and Carrie Anne were all First Class service providers.
My first call to find out about the online currency exchange process was a delight. Rachel answered my questions in terms I could understand and appreciate. She nudged me towards better savings, was courteous, polite and had a sense of humor. I asked to speak with her Supervisor to give my compliments, and ended up talking with the President, who was equally charming and adroit in his candid discussion of the value of their service. Later, during my first order, Carrie Anne was very polite, and most gracious in offering a special code to save a few dollars more. My personal overall experience with eZforex.com was First Class service with real people rates and clear communications. Thank you all for your good work, excellent service and great rates. Sincere regards for the best of travel success, Douglas Garcia Success Commission LLC

I want to thank you for the service you provide. It made my traveling to Ireland a breeze; since I did not have to stop by any bank and exchange my currency. When I travel abroad again and requre foreign currency, I will be using your services again. I did inform a few colleagues of your services for their or their family members travel abroad.

I would like to thank you for making my trip to Greece get off to a very easy start. I order Euros via the internet after seeing a link on Rail Europe's web page. Your company handled everything in a very professional manner and I could not have ask for better service. They told me when to expect the arrival of the Euros and everything was right on time. I would recommend your company to everyone leaving the USA. Thanks for a job well done...........

I've never received any spam from eZforex. They actually say that they don't share information with 3rd parties in either their Privacy policy or Security policy, I can't remember which. I think their service is great!! It is more likely that you have somehow contracted some spyware on your computer which knew you were browsing for foreign currency.

Your servcie was great, but since using it I have been receving SPAM emails every day from foreign sources requesting I send money to get money, etc. obvious attempted cons. I think you have a security breach. You obviously released my personal emial address to "the world" and I am not too happy about that.

I loved working with EZforex. They fed-exed the currency and were very efficient. Upon returning from my trip, my local credit union was a different story. Although they said they would "buy back" currency at the going rate, when I arrived during their 7-hour work day, I was informed that only 3 people at their institution were trained to do this, and none of the 3 of them was at work at the time. They told me to leave my currency and they would credit the return to my account. I did so, and received an answering machine message that evening saying that they "only buy back currency, not coins," so I would need to come by and pick up my coins. (Note that the dictionary definition of "currency" is "money, including coins.") They did credit my account for the bills I had returned, although at a lower exchange rate than what I had received in the foreign country (about $50 US less than what I had expected). So, just be aware that not all local banking institutions seem equipped to deal with foreign currency. But EZforex is great. Next time I'll use them and try to make sure I don't come home with any foreign currency.

I found that having cash is a great advantage in traveling to foreign countries. In many cases I was able to negotiate a better deal with cash. In addition, credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa charge an additional 1-3% for "foreign currency translations" when you use your credit card to pay for foreign transaction. So you end up paying extra for using credit twice - quite often paying a higher price and extra charges on the credit card. Just keep your cash on your person or in locked safes at hotels and you'll be fine. The safes are almost always free and operated very professionally. They're often right in the room.

HI,
I'm planning a trip to Europe and I used eZforez for the first time last month to order some currency. Out of all the different company's I've had to deal with in the past; eZforez by far has some of the best customer service and and very friendly people to talk with and will answer any question possible to there knowledge and pertaining to your order. After a little correction, my order arrived in 2 days and I received emails and phone calls as a reminder that my order had been shipped. I plan to use eZforex from now on everytime I travel abroad and currency in my opinion is the way to go.
