The Value of Yuz Bins and Elli Bins or Old Turkish Liras (TRL) has increased by an million Liras with the new currency reforms by the Government of Turkey,Official gazett, Dated, December 21 ,2007,where all the old Turkish liras are legal tenders and valid for use indefinetly at an exchange rate and value of 1 Old Turkish Lira (Yuz Bin) (TRL) (TRY) = 1 New Turkish Lira (YTL) (TRY).The old Turkish Lira bills or banknotes are denominated from 1 Lira upto 20 million Liras with higher the denomination of the currency,higher its market exchange cash value and more buying power with one single high denomination banknote or currency.

The legal circulation period of E-7 Emission Group Turkish Lira banknotes, which were in
circulation along with New Turkish Lira banknotes between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2005 according to the Provisional Article 1 of the LAW ON THE CURRENCY UNIT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY No 5083, will expire as of DECEMBER 31, 2005 and these banknotes will be redeemed for a period of ten years starting from JANUARY 1, 2006 to the closure of working hours on DECEMBER 31, 2015 which is the end of the 10 years legal redemption period, at the branches of the Central Bank of Republic of Turkey and T.C.
