Couldn't be more pleased
I ordered $100 USD worth of Croatian kunas on Friday for my upcoming trip. They arrived first thing this morning via FedEx, a week before I leave. Amazingly fast service, and now I have enough cash in hand to get me started once I arrive in Croatia. I like the fact that they ask for the dates of your trip so the money will be there in time. Found it through SDFCU and will definitely use again.

great service
I found out about this service through the GCEFCU website. I felt the exchange rate was quite reasonable as was the fee . I received the euros within a couple of days, in various denominations. Having those euros already in hand as we left on our trip gave me great peace of mind. We did have some euros left over which I will return for American dollars. I will definitely use this service again.

It worked for me
I ordered after 5pm on Wednesday and received my delivery at 10:20am on Friday. I think that is great service. I checked the exchange rate with several banks and I feel with the cost of shipping this was a very fair transaction.

Not happy
On my delivery order it states next day delivery. Instead I have had to call and was told it takes 3-5 days for it to process, even though the money was withdrawn from my account the day after I placed the order. I cleared my schedule to be home for the delivery which did not come. When I called they seemed confused by my order and I was put on hold several times. I also think the exchange rate they quoted was very high compared to the exchange rate of that current date. The exchange rate was $1.31 and they are charging me $1.43. I would not use this company again.

current rate charged is higher than current rate on other internet sit
I was expecting one rate and was charged another. I was told it was the current exchange rate which I have been monitoring on the internet. Current exchange $1.30 was charged a rate of $1.39. It is only a small difference if you are requesting a small amount of money.

eZforex Great rate bad customer service
I purchased my currency from this site and the currency was set to be delivered on a Friday unfortunately I had a funeral to attend and needed to see the exact time the currency was being delivered so I could pck it up. The email that is sent does not have a tracking number so it is hard to know when the currency is set to arrive. When I called customer service they said that all they could do was pass the message along and someone would get back to me by the next business day. Since I was calling on the actual date that I was supposed to get my currency I was not sure how this would help

OLD TURKISH LIRAS
I have a turkish bill for 250000. I have contacted banks, the bank of Canada, foreign exchange establishements and the Turkish embassy in downtown Toronto and none of them will honour the old Turk Liras that I have. I wish to convert it into Canadian money but don't know what route to go or if it is even possible. Can someone help?

I have used the foreign currency purchase service multiple times. The service is wonderful. Each time I have requested specific denominations and have arranged delivery to ship so that it would arrive when I was home to be able to sign for it. They even combined two orders into one envelope to ship. Wonderfully accurate and convenient!

this is so much better than waiting in line at the Delhi airport after a 16 hour plane ride. good exchange rate and great, friendly service. My only complaint is
the delivery. If you order less than $300, no signature is required. that's ok but you have to be home to accept the delivery. I had no way of knowing either the
carrier or the time of delivery. It means sitting at home all day so that you don't miss it. please send a tracking number so that approx delivery time is available. thanks

If your plans allow, as it does take a week, EZForex works very well. Efficient ordering online with polite customer service people to confirm identity and the scheduled delivery. Updates throughout the week before delivery - all very informed and well run.
